About “Gary Lock the Realtor®”

Gary has been in the emergency services business since 1979 when he joined the Nanton Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Department while he was running his first business, Tap Town Photos. He spent the following 27 years as an EMT and Paramedic, working in Fort McMurray, Airdrie, SAIT and finally as the owner of Aaron Paramedical Services.

His Real Estate Education

Gary graduated from the AREA Real Estate program in November 2006 and joined CIR Realty of Calgary. CIR Realty has over 600 Realtors® in Calgary and satellite centers in southern Alberta. Since joining CIR Gary has taken numerous courses to help him further his capabilities as a Realtor® including: mandatory annual real estate courses, Dwayne Groome Real Estate Sales nine-week course, certification as a Condominium specialist through CREB and certified Farm and Acreage specialist through Olds College.

Gary’s principal service consists of selling residential real estate in the Airdrie, Calgary and County of Rockview area. His services provide clients with an international network of buyers and sellers through the multiple listing services (MLS®). Because of our capabilities at CIR to network with other brokers, Gary can sell homes faster than our clients could if they tried to market their home without the assistance of a licensed real estate agent.
